At the Auberge du Mont de Gez,
the menu evokes the flavors of the Pyrenees.

The food is homemade. It's simple, generous, and tasty. You'll find classics from the southwest like gizzard salad, classics from the Hautes-Pyrénées with Bigorre Black Pork, and mountain classics like lamb chops.

Cheese, cottage cheese and homemade desserts provide a gentle end to your meal.
