The inn is known for the simple
and friendly moments spent there, around
a good homemade meal.

Of course, here we have garbure, the Bigorre specialty, the traditional soup that used to be made on farms, the kind that really sticks to your ribs and warms your heart! We also have all-you-can-eat raclette, made with cheese from the neighboring village. Often served by the fireside, our raclette lets you experience a moment that truly evokes the mountains!

And then, it's also about improvisation in the kitchen! Depending on what's in our basket and our mood, which is always good and joyful!
What we can tell you is that behind the stoves, it's a team made up of people who support each other, help each other out, and are all driven by the same desire: to please you.

Like a conductor, she welcomes you and sets the tone!

She coordinates every gesture, ensures harmony at the inn, within the guest rooms, and guarantees precision throughout the estate and, of course, in the restaurant.

Gaelle

In front of the piano, she sets to music what she finds in her basket and provides the groove for the restaurant.

With the team in the kitchen, the pace here is more allegro, even reaching mezzo forte! In short, the rhythm in the kitchen is good and sustained!

Dominique

He's Sandra's dad and he keeps up the pace with Gaelle in the kitchen.

Dominique's advantage is that he knows how to play all the instruments!

Annie

This is Sandra's mother and her specialty is sweets!

The final touch is Annie's, without any fanfare. Discreetly, she makes all the pastries and excels in her craft! In short, we thoroughly enjoy Annie's desserts, and if we could, we'd mention them at the end of every meal.

Isabelle

Elegant and precise, she guides the dining room, setting the tone for the service.

Ensures that each note arrives at the right time and that the melody is beautiful and harmonious.

Joss

Often invisible, yet absolutely vital!

He keeps the pace going, cleans up and restarts the instruments. Without him, the whole rhythm collapses!
